Take a shopping break or try one of many fine or casual dining experiences at Grand Boulevard, only a five-minute drive. Grand Boulevard is the area’s central hot spot for high-end retail and local and regional dining experiences. In Tops’l, you are worlds away from Sandestin’s crowds, but only across the street. Grab a chair and a cooler and try a Wednesday night concert on the lawn at Sandestin’s Baytowne Village or rent a pontoon for the day at the marina. Back at your home-away-from-home, lounging and dining are a pleasure in your spacious, well- appointed private villa. Dinners are well-crafted and created on a 6-burner gas Viking range and Viking fridge overlooking the open living/dining area. Gather ‘round; dinner is served at both the five-seat ding bar and the 10-seat dining table. Evenings are for relaxing in one of two plush living areas or gaming in the upstairs game room. Can’t agree on what to watch on TV? Take your pick of one of eight oversized flat screens located in multiple living areas, bedrooms, and screened porch. Appointed in today’s relaxing whites and creams, furnishings are comfortable, yet elegant. Chilly evenings call guests to gather ‘round the living room gas fireplace. The roomy first-floor primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub. Upstairs is its own get-away: The playful bunk area with two sets of bunks—both twins and fulls—is every kid’s dream, and the Pac Man game, a nostalgic entertainment inspiration. With its own spacious living quarters and serving bar, the smell of dinner cooking below is the only reason to come downstairs. Three additional spacious bedrooms round out upstairs privacy.
