The second-level open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make gathering with family and friends effortless. **All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID matching your credit card and the rental agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)
