Our AC filter changes, include pouring vinegar down AC drain lines. Our smoke alarm and remote batteries get changed before they malfunction. Our cabinet and door hardware are tightened before they cause a problem in the middle of dinner prep. Our grills get cleaned and our lightbulbs get changed!.
